The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) at the Department of Labor (DOL) has developed a course to help contractors with Federal contracts under their legal obligations to be compliant with the laws enforced by OFCCP.

This course will illustrate the roles and responsibilities contractors must perform to be recognized, active, and in good compliance standing. In this course, contractors will experience four (4) modules that cover a range of materials to provide them with practical examples of all the key topics and how to incorporate the information into action.

Module 1: Legal Authority covers OFCCP’s role to enforce laws under Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Action of 1973, and Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act

Module 2: Listings, Postings, & Notices- Part 1 covers the financial values threshold that triggers actions for contract notifications

Module 3: Listings, Postings, & Notices- Part 2 covers workplace locations and notifications contractors must post job listing information based on the legal mandate requirements

Module 4: Recordkeeping and Applicant Tracking covers types of information a contactor must collect related to applicants and employees on their contract.
These modules must be completed consecutively before receiving credit for the completion of the course.
