Compliance Evaluations

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) at the Department of Labor (DOL) has developed a course to help contractors with Federal contracts under their legal obligations to be compliant with the laws enforced by OFCCP.

The OFCCP Compliance Evaluations course will focus on the types of compliance evaluations OFCCP is authorized to conduct. It will cover four types of a compliance evaluation which are: Compliance Reviews, Off-site Review of Records, Compliance Checks, and Focused Reviews. This course outlines the process for each type of compliance evaluation.
